88eb Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 88eb platform and all of its services. By using 88eb's website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

88eb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be duly notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on the 88eb platform and uses its services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is against policy. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any earned bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or terminated. Members are obligated to update their information promptly if any details change.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. 88eb is not responsible for any loss resulting from account use by any authorized or unauthorized third party.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on the platform is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No financial transaction below this limit will be processed.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

88eb currently supports the following payment methods:

• Rocket

New payment methods may be added in the future. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security check is needed.

3.4 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 88eb reserves the right to verify the member's identity. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.5 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction is considered suspicious, 88eb reserves the right to investigate it and take necessary action. Money laundering and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. This bonus can be claimed only once per user.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus and other deposit bonuses, members must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified time period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 88eb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is determined, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The 88eb VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits, and members can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. 88eb reserves the right to modify VIP terms.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Only confirmed and correctly placed bets will be considered valid. Bets that remain incomplete due to a technical error or interruption may be declared void.

5.2 Erroneous Offers and Prices

88eb reserves the right to cancel any bet or transaction placed based on clearly incorrect odds, payout rates, or bonus offers. In such cases, the member's original deposited amount will be refunded.

5.3 Fraud and Misconduct

Fraudulent behavior toward the platform, software manipulation, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

5.4 Automated Software Prohibited

Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence assistance, or any other third-party software to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 88eb's Rights

88eb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• No activity on the account for an extended period of time.
• At the member's own request.
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

6.2 Balance After Account Closure

If there is any valid remaining balance before an account is closed, it will be returned to the member's registered payment method — however, this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

88eb does not sell or transfer members' information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by legal obligation. Members' information is kept secure through SSL encryption and modern security technology.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

88eb's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the deposit the relevant member invested in that specific transaction.

12 Severability and Amendment of Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. 88eb may amend any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.
